Description:

Imperial M3, desirable early "US M3 IMPERIAL" marking on right flat of blade, 11 3/4" OAL, 6 3/4" spearpoint blade with sharpened false edge, leather washer grip, "flaming bomb" stamp on pommel, includes a leather sheath with steel reinforcement plates. Very fine, the blade showing some evidence of light sharpening and otherwise minimal wear. The sheath is fine showing some mild wear. Provenance: The Steven Preston Military Collection
