Description:

Manufactured in 1861. With wooden partitioned case with flip out writing surfaces and containing Eley Bros cap tin, some lead balls, case key, double sided eagle powder flask, "L" shaped combination tool, "COLTS/PATENT" marked double cavity bullet mold, sealed box of six .31 caliber combustible cartridges, pens, inkwell, and a period business card with the name G.A. Hill above "CAPTAIN" with "Geo. E. Gibbs Camp,/No. 39,/Div. of Conn., S. of V.,/U.S.A." and a location of Unionville, Connecticut.
