Description:

1) Argentine M1910 officer sword, 36 1/4" OAL, 31 1/4" blade etched with "Republica Argentina" and "Sean eternos los laureles" (May the laurels be eternal), ornately case gilt brass hilt, hard rubber grip, iron scabbard. Good. 2) Non-regulation British 1895 pattern sword, 38 1/4" OAL, 32 1/2" blade with sunken "PROVED" mark on the right ricasso, iron guard pierced with thistle over bugle horn symbol, fluted hardwood grip, leather wrapped scabbard. Fine. 3) British 1853 pattern cavalry saber, 40" OAL, 34 1/4" blade, iron hilt, checkered leather grip panels, iron scabbard. Very good. 4) French M1822 line cavalry saber, 42" OAL, 36" blade with Chatellerault markings on the spine, brass hilt, wire wrapped leather grip, iron scabbard. Fine.
