1) Unmarked U.S. M1840 pattern NCO sword, 33 5/8" OAL, 28" blade, brass hilt, wire wrapped leather grip, nickel scabbard with brass fittings. Good. 2) Woolley & Deakin British 1796 pattern light cavalry saber , 37" OAL, 32 1/2" blade, brass guard, leather wrapped grip. Good. 3) Faintly marked U.S. M1850 pattern foot officer sword, 36 1/4" OAL, 30 1/2" etched blade, brass guard, wire wrapped hardwood grip, brown enameled scabbard with brass fittings. Good. 4) Sheble & Fisher U.S. M1840 pattern heavy cavalry saber, 41 1/4" OAL, 35 3/8" blade, brass guard, wire wrapped hardwood grip. Fair. 5) Ames Mfg. Co. U.S. M1840 pattern heavy cavalry saber, 40 1/2" OAL, 34 1/2" blade, brass guard, hardwood grip, iron scabbard with brass fittings. Fair.
