No makers marks present, but of a style associated with Germany. 35 1/2" OAL, 29" blade etched "Pro Gloria et Patria" (For Glory and Fatherland) on each side, bass hilt with sculpted leaf decorations and thick woven wire grip. Blade shows pitting and a mixed gray patina, hilt is good.
