Description:

Manufactured in 1875 and engraved with attractive scroll and geometric engraving. A small brown leather double loop holster is included. It is basically a scaled down version of the Mexican double loop holsters commony used with Colt Single Action Army revolvers in the West. The holster is very good with mild wear.

Hood Firearms Co. was formed by Freeman W. Hood of Norwich, Connecticut. Robin Hood was one of his company's many trade names c. 1874-1878. This revolver has scroll and wavy line engraving. A coin purse style holster/case is included. It is good with modrate wear including a hole from contact with the muzzle.
