Description:

1) G. Wostenholm & Son I-XL bowie knife, 14 3/8" OAL, 9 5/8" clip point blade etched with "America & Liberty etched and gilt on the left along with the maker's marks, German silver guard, stag grip scales. With leather "I-XL" marked sheath with German silver fittings. 2) G. Wostenholm & Son I-XL bowie knife, 14 3/8" OAL, 9 5/8" clip point blade with etched and gilt busts of General Giuseppe Garibaldi and Victor Emmanuel and American along with the maker's marks, German silver guard, stag grip scales. Both are very fine, blades mostly bright with some scattered light spotting/surface oxidation and generally light wear. The sheaths are very good with some mild wear.
