Manufactured 1917. The rifle features a shortened barrel and magazine tube, "Lottie" and "Aldridge" inscribed to the sides of the dust cover rail, "101" inscribed above the hammer, a Native American scene on the right, and a cowgirl on the left. "The 101 Ranch" by Collings and England, quotes “Lottie Aldridge, of Greeley, Colorado, is addicted to lying flat on her horse’s back and firing a Winchester at hordes of imaginary savages." She is also mentioned in other publications about the ranch's Wild West show, including that she was part of the show in England in 1912.
