NE - GOOD- in working condition, wear on working surfaces, finish 40% - 79%, no broken parts, no corrosion or pitting that will interfere with proper functioning, but may have some minor surface pitting. Wood condition commensurable with percent of finish with dings and dents associated with 40% - 79% gun.

Description:

Built in imitation of the 1862 pattern Gatling Gun, which used a series of interchangeable percussion chambers instead of conventional cased ammo fed into fixed chambers, which would be the standard through the rest of Gatling production. Construction is primarily steel, with some brass and alloy components, and no maker's markings have been found. Included with the lot are a tripod, a transport crate, and a number of chambers and stick magazines in hardwood cases. Sights, T&E assembly, and some other components absent.
