Description:

Manufactured in 1856 and then converted in the mid-1870s. The cylinder is dual numbered "4596" and "6801," along with the front and back strap numbered "59103" and "56801." Both the frame and barrel assembly are numbered "56801," and the loading gate numbered "6801." The revolver has "R.W.M.[anchor]" marked on the bottom of the barrel and "U.S.N./J.L.H." on the butt.
