Many Model 1816 muskets were used during the Texas Revolution, various conflicts with Native Americans, the Mexican-American War, and even into the Civil War. "M.T. WICKHAM" in an arc over "PHILA" marked lock. "F", "P" and "US" marked at the breech.

Very good with original finish, freckling and pitting. Stock is fine with a few small cracks, and distinct edges. Mechanically excellent.
