Description:

1) Blade, 33" long, 25" edge, wavy hamon, military style saya. One mekugi-ana, with green paint markings on the left side of the tang. 2) Signed blade, 31 1/2" long, 25" edge, straight hamon, black saya. one mekugi-ana, with a two-figure signature on the left side of the tang. 3) Blade, 33 1/2" long, 26 1/4" edge, wavy hamon, leather covered saya. Two mekugi-ana on the unsigned tang. 4) Signed Showa era blade, 29" long, 21 1/2" edge, black lacquer saya. One mekugi-ana, with a Seki Arsenal stamp and seven-figure signature on the left side of the tang.

Rating Definition:

1) Blade fair, with rust and wear overall. Tool marks are present in the area of the habaki. Saya fair. 2) Rough overall, with pitting and warping of the blade and cracking of the saya. 3) Blade fair as polished, with scattered spotting and fading of the hamon. Saya rough. 4) Rough overall. Blade polished with chips on the edge and scattered pitting. Saya cracked.
