Receiver from August 1943 production, subsequently upgraded to M1D configuration using a reproduction base. Barrel unmarked. Fitted with M84 scope (serial number: "30445"), leather cheek rest, and leather sling.

Very fine as arsenal refinished, with scattered light handling marks, faint spotting, and a crack in the front handguard. Scope is fine with scattered spotting and edge wear, with scratched but otherwise good optics. Mechanically excellent.
