This is a late World War II or early post war assembled P.38 using an early zero series frame with the late war "ac 45" marked slide and early commercial barrel. Based on the late wartime demands on the German Army, the Walther factory started substituting early left over production parts into the military contract pistols. "Eagle/359" proofed.

Very fine overall with original finish, some light edge wear and a few patches of minor pitting. Mechanically excellent.
