Measuring about 18 1/2" tall, with a black finished alloy head atop an alloy pedestal. The head is shaped to approximate a "50 percent male", roughly an average human adult man, for use in static/fit testing flight and combat helmets as well as other head-mounted accessories. One of the pedestals is marked "1", the other unmarked.

Fair, with mild wear and some flaking/loss of the paint, exposing areas of brass paint and underlying metal. A few areas of touched up paint are visible, and the heads are a bit loose on the pedestals.
