"1848" dated lock, "184x" dated barrel tang, "V/P/eagle head proofs on breech, and the stock has an "H" carved on the left and numbers stamped on the right.

Rating Definition:

Good overall, with some scattered patches of light to mild pitting, a spliced repaired section in the refinished stock with some handling marks and scratches. Mechanically fine.
