The hardwood grip has been expertly carved in the form of a pug with glass eyes and belled collar sitting on a fancy cushion. It is joined to the shaft with a thin silvered band and the smooth Malacca shaft is tipped with brass. It measures 37 3/4 inches overall. Provenance: The Larry Mattson Collection

Rating Definition:

Very fine overall with minimal handling evidence on the grip, some light glue residue around the band, and some mild crazing on the shaft.
