Description:

Only approximately 1,500 were manufactured for U.S. sales and 3,000 for Russian sales between c. 1859 and the early 1860s. Broken/absent rear sling swivel.

Rating Definition:

Fine overall with traces of the original finish, a few scattered patches of light pitting/spotting, and a hairline crack along with scattered minor handling marks in the wood. Mechanically fine.
