Description:

The New Land Pattern pistols were widely used by the British during the Napoleonic Wars and War of 1812. "TOWER" vertically marked on the stepped tail of the lock with the "GR" cipher at the center. King's proof marks and a "broad arrow/BO" mark on the right of the wrist. "NLH" inscribed on the trigger guard.

Rating Definition:

Good with silver-gray patina and moderate pitting. The refinished stock is very good and has minor marks and scratches, clear stamps, filler on the pommel, a thin crack at the ramrod entry point, and minor overall wear. Mechanically fine.
