Grouping consists of two pairs of boots, one brown leather construction with B.F. Goodrich soles, the other black leather with white wool lining and hand-marked leather internal tags. Consignor statements attribute the black boots as British in origin, and the former property of an unnamed pilot in the China-Burma-India Theater. Two pairs of brown leather shoes (size unknown, one low-top with "Airmax" brand heels and one high-top with "Goodyear Wing Foot" heels). One pair of twill gaiters, one pair of brown leather gaiters, one pair of white felt boot liners, two green wool leg wraps, and one leather spat, and one pair of elastic top socks. Fair overall. Both boots show minor wear and scuffing on the leather, with the soles and heels on the black boots showing significant use and the brown boot soles and heels appearing unused. Both pair of shoes show significant wear from use, particularly on the soles and heels.
