This rifle was originally manufactured by Miroku. The included Adams & Adams letter indicates this rifle was engraved in 2018 by Adams & Adams Custom Firearms Engravers and the finish was completed by Turnbull Manufacturing Company. The casehardened receiver is engraved with a mounted rifleman on the right side and a buffalo on the left, all surrounded with floral scroll borders. The lower tang is signed "J.ADAMS" beneath the lever. With a Buffalo Bill Center of the West and Cody Firearms Museum commemorative plaque numbered to the gun and addressed to Dr. Richard D. Ellsworth inside a wooden display case.

Near new with very minor handling and storage marks. Mechanically excellent.
