Spanish-American War Era Antique U.S. Springfield Model 1898 Krag-Jorgensen Bolt Action Rifle with Bayonet

Manufactured in 1898. Boxed script "JSA/1898" cartouche stamped on left wrist. Includes "1899" dated Springfield M1892 bayonet with metal scabbard, "1903" dated Rock Island Arsenal brown leather sling, three-piece cleaning rod and oiler in buttstock.

ConditionVery good with original finish, freckling and smooth brown patina. Stock is very fine with defined edges, some scratches and dents, and a crisp cartouche. Mechanically excellent. Bayonet and scabbard are fine.
