"Star/A" stamp above "Charleville" marking on the lock, and what appears to possibly read "ROUSS ENQ A FARICL" on top of the barrel, with engraving on the trigger guard, sideplate and buttplate. Muzzle flares to approximately 1 1/2 inches.

Very good overall as refinished, with freckling, and scratches and dents in the stock. Absent front edge of the sideplate. Mechanically excellent.
