With six full length barrel inserts (two 20 gauge, two 28 gauge, and two .410 bore), aluminum case, an extra stock (likely the original), extra ejector arms for each gauge, and an unnumbered factory box. Chambers marked 2 3/4" with ejectors, chokes marked skeet/skeet, and 15 1/2" LOP.

Excellent, original finish with minor handling evidence. The barrel inserts are very fine. The box is very good. Mechanically excellent.
