Manufactured in 1899. Matching numbers are visible on the frame, trigger guard, and back strap. Per consignor this revolver was in the collection of Jarvis Garrett and when he died, it passed to J.P. Rating Definition:

Fair with traces of original finish, gray and brown patina, mild pitting, replacement hammer and screw, numerous age cracks and chips on the grip, and general moderate wear suggesting real period use, likely in the American West.
