Manufactured c. 1875-1889. Includes an extra set of celluloid grip panels, which the consignor states are unique Remington made examples. Writer has no documentation to substantiate this claim other than that the grips are certainly old.

Good as refinished, with a shortened barrel, areas of wear and pitting, filled in hole on the butt where a lanyard ring once resided, and a visible barrel address. Grips are also good, undersized at the leading edges, with some scratches and scuffs. Mechanically fine.
