Description:

Manufactured in 1944. Undated Saginaw barrel, L-flip rear sight, type I barrel band, boxed "SG" and crossed cannons cartouche stamps on right of the low wood stock with "RSG" double stamped in the sling inlet, "RSG" handguard, "SG" trigger housing, unmarked hammer, "E-S'G'" push-button safety, "SG" magazine catch, recoil plate, flat top bolt and operating rod. Fitted with a green canvas web sling and oiler. Absent magazine. Includes a copy of the American Rifleman publication "U.S. Cal. .30 Carbine".

Rating Definition:

Fine with original finish, and scattered freckling and brown patina. Stock is fine with scattered dings and scratches, and visible stamps. Mechanically excellent.
