Manufactured in 1913. With a wood case designed for two SAAs (second gun not included) featuring an empty cartridge block. The exterior of the lid has a brass inscription plaque that reads, "R.A. WELLS/GEN. MANAGER/1908/W.F.&CO. EX./KANSAS CITY MO." Period sources confirm R.A. Wells was a Wells Fargo general manager in Kansas City. Good overall with replacement barrel and ejector rod, metal surfaces have a bright appearance with some scattered pitting, replacement grips with highly attractive fiery colors and repaired chip on left panel. Mechanically fine. Case is very good.
