Manufactured in 1957. With original factory box containing a bore brush and factory documents, including invoices for the revolver indicating it was originally fitted with a 5 1/2 inch barrel in June, 1957 and was fitted with the current 4 3/4 inch barrel by Colt in September, 1958. Provenance: The 50 year Collection of Johnny Walker Birmingham Pistol Wholesale

Rating Definition:

Very fine, original finish with minor handling evidence,some minor spotting/pitting on the topstrap and backstrap, faint cylinder drag line, and sharp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is very good with some repairs.
