A) Civil War Era Massachusetts Arms Co. Smith Carbine Converted to Muzzleloading Configuration with Leather Scabbard

Manufactured 1861-1865, converted to muzzleloading configuration by removing various components. Includes a handmade leather scabbard.

Rating Definition:

Good as frontier converted, with dark brown patina, some light pitting/oxidation, and wood with repairs, cracks, and chips. Mechanically functions. Leather scabbard is good.
