Factory letter states the revolver was shipped on June 13, 1887 and delivered to Meacham Arms Co. of St. Louis, MO with a 6 1/2" barrel (current barrel is 6 inch, is numbered to the gun, and appears to be unaltered), and nickel finish. With open top black leather holster.

Fair overall with a gray patina, pitting, worn grips. Mechanically fine. Holster very good.
