Bore Condition: The bore is darkened with light pitting/oxidation and faint rifling.
Description:

"1862" dated "C.S/RICHMOND, VA" marked "high hump" lock, "1863" dated barrel, "13" stamped on right of stock.

Rating Definition:

Good, with traces of applied nickel finish, some scattered light pitting, and wood with a large crack in the left of the buttstock and minor handling marks including another minor crack. Mechanically fine.
