Manufactured c. 1876-1881. Barrel marked "40-65" on top, "45-70" on the upper left, and "7685" on the bottom.

Very good as restored by Roy Long and Steve Garvey with nearly all of the finish remaining, empty taps for mounting a peep sight, slight oxidation, old pitting, and generally minor wear. Mechanically excellent.
