Description:

Appears to have been built from mixed parts, including an early 19th century "I HAEFFER" marked barrel (Jacob or John Haeffer, Lancaster, Pennsylvania). The lock is marked "REMINGTON".

Rating Definition:

Fair with gray and brown patina, oxidation, pitting, aged patina on the mounts, moderate to heavy wear on the metal, generally lighter wear on the stock, and some loss at the breech. Mechanically needs work.
