Bore Condition: The bore has some darkening and verdigris and crisp rifling.
Description:

Likely manufactured in the 17th century and marked with the addorsed salmon crest and inventory number 15 for the famous arms collection of the Princes zu Salm-Reifferscheidt-Dyck at Schloss Dyck which remained virtually intact since the mid-17th century until it was sold in the 1990s. Provenance: The Collection of Princes zu Salm-Reifferscheidt-Dyck at Schloss Dyck; Property of a Gentleman

Rating Definition:

Fine with silver-gray patina iron along with some faint pitting, absent heel stud, some chips and cracks in the horn buttplate, crack in the butt, some repaired inlays, and generally mild overall wear. Lock not tested. Triggers mechanically fine.
