Bore Condition: The bore is bright and has crisp rifling and minor oxidation.
Description:

The design was patented by John Deane & Son and William Harding in 1860. Also numbered "821" on the left. The collection notes indicate this revolver was manufactured by Pryse & Redman and retailed by Deane & Son. The oak case has red lining, a cartridge block, a screwdriver, a cleaning rod, and collector end labels. The lid escutcheon is inscribed "W.L. MISKIN." There are multiple records for men named W.L. Miskin in U.K. military records, including a Captain and Adjutant in the 120th Rajputana Infantry in 1916. Provenance: W.L. Rating Definition:

Very good with most of the original finish, white filled markings, some minor oxidation/pitting, and mild overall wear, including scratches and dings on the metal and grip. Mechanically fine.
