Pierre Antoine Loron of Liege patented this design in the 1850s, sharing some similarities with Merwin & Hulbert designs, with the barrel and cylinder sliding forward on the cylinder pin for loading/unloading. It has flourishes of floral scroll engraving and a folding trigger.

Fine, with mostly bright grey patina, scattered light pitting, crisp engraving, and minor handling marks on the grips. Mechanically excellent.
