1) Shin gunto pattern sword, 34" OAL, 23" blade, wavy hamon, leather covered saya. Unsigned tang with one mekugi-ana. 2) Signed shin gunto pattern sword, 37" OAL, 26" blade with wavy hamon, leather covered saya. One mekugi-ana, with a six-figure signature on the left side of the tang.

1) Good with mild spotting and wear overall, well defined hamon, torn leather retention strap. 2) Fair, with spotting on the blade, staining on the grip wrap, and cracking/tearing of the leather saya cover. Blade shows signs of bending/flexing, with cracking and splitting of the tang skin.
