Manufactured in 1944. Importer mark on the right of the barrel. "byf/44" marked receiver ring. "Eagle/swastika" proofs on the receiver and barrel stamped out. Matching serial numbers on the trigger housing, with mixed numbers on other components. Fitted with a laminate stock set re-numbered to match. Cleaning rod absent.

Very good as refinished, retaining much of the finish with scattered light edge wear, light cycling wear, some minor spotting/brown patina, dried grease, and mild handling marks. The stock is good as sanded and re-oiled with numerous scattered compression marks and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
