Description:

Receiver manufactured as part of the only production block by International Business Machine between August 1943 to May 1944 in the 3651520-4009999 serial number range. "9-43" dated IBM barrel, "SI" marked type III barrel band, unmarked front sight, "J.A.O." rear sight, "U" round top bolt, "W" recoil plate, flip safety, "U" magazine catch, "W" milled trigger housing, "W" hammer, "W" operating rod, "HI" four-rivet handguard, low wood stock with "W" marked sling inlet and crossed cannons cartouche on the right of the buttstock, and "UN" magazine. Includes a green canvas web sling, oiler, and "US" green canvas double magazine pouch. Note: This item features a high-capacity magazine which has a capacity above 15 rounds and cannot be sold or transferred to residents in states where handgun magazine capacity is limited to no more than 15 rounds. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to bidding.

Rating Definition:

Fine as arsenal refurbished, with much of the finish, and some minor surface freckling. Stock is very good with some scattered light dents and scratches, and a defined cartouche. Mechanically excellent.

Receiver manufactured as part of the only production block by International Business Machine between August 1943 to May 1944 in the 3651520-4009999 serial number range. Undated Rock-Ola barrel assembly (maker marking on right of gas housing), "JI" marked type III barrel band, "SI B" front sight, unmarked adjustable rear sight, "EM-Q" flat top bolt, flip safety, Inland milled trigger housing, "AM" hammer, "N" operating rod, "RMC" two-rivet handguard, low wood stock with "S-HB" marked sling inlet and "J.C.H." initials hand carved on the right of the buttstock. Includes a canvas web sling and oiler. Absent magazine.

Rating Definition:

Good as refinished, with some finish, smooth brown patina, scattered light pitting and freckling. Stock is also good as sanded and re-oiled, with numerous scattered dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
