1956 production receiver, "SA" marked and "12 55" dated barrel with bright chamber ring, "SA/Z-4-B" marked bolt, post-World War II "SA" operating rod, and post-World War II "SA" trigger housing with "SA" hammer and "SA-11" safety. Fitted with a boxed "DoD eagle" inspection stamped birch stock. Includes a M1 pattern web sling.

Very fine, retaining original parkerized finish with light edge wear, minor cycling wear, dried grease, silvering on the buttplate, some limited brown patina visible, and minor handling marks. The stock is fine as sanded and varnished with scattered minor dents, a small crack in the back of the rear handguard, and attractive grain patterning.
