Description:

Manufactured in Holly Hill, Florida using a new-made receiver, Indianapolis Ordnance bolt and some military surplus components, this submachine gun is patterned after the U.S. M3A1 of World War II and Korea fame. Blade and peep sights, with the maker's markings on the left side of the magazine well and left side of the main receiver body (underneath the ejector housing), a green canvas sling, textured grip, and a two-position telescoping wire buttstock with integral loading/takedown tool. Included with the lot are four extra magazines and a 3-cell green canvas magazine pouch. Note: This item is restricted under various state-level assault weapons bans and cannot be sold or transferred to residents of CA, CT, DE, HI, IL, MD, NJ, NY, and WA. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to bidding.

Rating Definition:

Fair as assembled (see above), with a gray patina overall, areas of engineer's blue, extensive grinding, and heat coloration visible around the spot welds, dents and handling marks The barrel assembly bears a strong parkerized finish. Mechanically fine. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
