Originally manufactured by Colt in the 1980s as a semi-automatic rifle, and later converted to full automatic by Weapon Specialties, with the trigger pocket machined out and opened up to accommodate a pinned-in auto sear. An A4 pattern upper receiver has been installed, with a SureFire flash hider on the "C MP CB" barrel, standard front sight base sans bayonet lug, a Magpul MOE SL handguard with MOE vertical grip, Troy folding battle sight, BCM Gunfighter GFH A44 charging handle and dust cover with "TANGO WACKER(sic)" marking. Bolt carrier is military pattern, marked "C" on the left with a "MPC" marked bolt head. An offset hinge pin is installed on the lower, with standard Colt markings, right handed selector with "SAFE" and "FIRE" markings, Noveske castle nut plate, and Magpul MOE grip and MOE SL four-position buttstock. Excellent as assembled and upgrade for full automatic operation, with 95% most of the original matte black finish, showing light wear and handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
