Very good as arsenal refurbished, with some finish, and smooth gray and brown patina on the balance with some scattered patches of light freckling and pitting. Stock is also very good as sanded and re-oiled, with numerous scattered dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.

Manufactured in 1951. Marked with Waffenfabrik Bern inspection mark. Canton Arsenal markings "BE" on the receiver tang and circled "3" on the left of the buttstock. Import marked left of receiver. Non-matching numbered replacement bolt, with otherwise matching visible serial numbers. Includes a brown leather sling and metal muzzle cap.

Manufactured c. 1936-1952. Matching visible serial numbers on the receiver and bolt. Import mark on left of the receiver. Includes a spike bayonet inside the forend, rubber buttpad with embossed "MAS/1962" on the rear, and a leather case marked "PARIS 1979" on the inside containing a cleaning kit.
