Manufactured circa 1939-1945, 2nd series. "Chrysanthemum" imperial crest, anti-aircraft sight wings, and monopod retained. Matching assembly number "904" on the bayonet lug and bolt assembly, with an non-matching numbered replacement dust cover. Includes a leather sling, muzzle cover, and Tokyo Arsenal Type 30 bayonet with metal scabbard.

Fine, retaining much of the original finish with some minor edge wear, thinning on the balance with scattered patches of grey and brown patina visible, some minor patches of spotting/freckling, and some light handling marks. The stock is very fine with scattered minor compression and handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The bayonet is fine.

Manufactured in 1928. "28" dated and "lion" proofed receiver ring. Matching serial numbers on the bolt. Fitted with a walnut grasping groove stock marked with a Spanish Civil War era "flaming bomb/MP/8" stamp on the right of the butt. Includes a leather sling, a post World War II bayonet, metal scabbard, and leather frog.

Fine as arsenal refurbished, retaining some of the finish with some mild edge wear, silvering on the upper band, thinning on the balance with brown and grey patinas, scattered minor spotting, and light handling marks. The stock is very fine as sanded and re-oiled. Mechanically excellent. The bayonet is very fine.

Manufactured in Germany c. 1930-1934 under contract for the Republic of China. Mauser "banner" marked receiver ring with the Republic of China circled "sunburst" marks on either side. Mixed serial numbers on components. Fitted with a walnut stock set with Mauser "banner" marked on the left and "eagle/swastika/WaA63" proofs on the right side. Includes a leather sling, Yugoslavian pattern bayonet, scabbard, and leather frog, along with a dadao pattern short sword with Chinese characters on the blade and crossguard.

Very good as refinished and assembled, with some light edge wear, scattered brown patina/freckling showing, light pitting under the finish of the trigger housing and magazine floor plate, minor spotting, and mild handling marks. The stock is also very good with numerous scattered light dents, scrapes, and compression marks. Mechanically excellent. The bayonet is very fine. The sword is very good with some minor patches of spotting.
