Description:

Factory letter states revolver was shipped on June 11, 1883 and delivered to Colt's London Agency, London, England, with a 5 1/2 inch barrel in .455 caliber, blue finish, and wood stocks, This was a 31 gun shipment. The barrel has the Colt London address stamped on top. British proofed. Provenance: The Charles Marx Collection

Rating Definition:

Fine overall with original finish on frame and barrel, refinished cylinder and ejector rod housing, brown patina on the balance, grips with overall crisp checkering. Mechanically fine.
