Bore Condition: The bore is darkened and has some pitting and distinct rifling.
Description:

The factory letter lists this revolver as a "Colt Bisley Flattop Target Revolver" in .32 S&W with a 7 1/2 inch barrel and blue finish. The grips are not listed. It was the sole gun of this type in a shipment to Coffin Worthup on May 9, 1898. Worthup's address was unavailable. Colt reportedly manufactured 976 Bisley Flattop Target revolvers, and only 17 were in .32 S&W. Matching serial numbers are marked on the frame, trigger guard, and butt. Rating Definition:

Good as refinished with mostly a matte gray appearance overall, extensive light pitting overall, and mild wear. The revolver functions, but it is slightly out of time.
