Bore Condition: Darkened with pitting and visible rifling.
Description:

Manufactured c. 1863-1865 for use in the Civil War and converted and relined with 3-groove rifling after the war for use in the Indian Wars.

Rating Definition:

Fair as refinished, with scattered heavy pitting visible underneath the finish, and mild wear. Wood is good as sanded and re-oiled, with scattered dents and scratches, and a few cracks, Absent firing pin assembly, otherwise mechanically functions.
