1953 production receiver, "SA" marked and "6 53" dated barrel with bright chamber, "SA/A11" marked bolt, post-World War II "SA" operating rod, and post-World War II "SA" trigger housing with "SA" hammer and "MXR" safety. Fitted with a "S.A/J.L.G." (Col. James L. Guion) inspection cartouched stock. Includes a CMP green hard case and U.S.M.C. white paper inspection tag dated November 1, 1965.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retaining original parkerized finish with some light edge wear, light cycling wear, and minor freckling, dried grease, and mild handling marks. The stock is also very fine with a few scattered dents and scratches, and a crisp cartouche. Mechanically excellent.
