A) Chilean Contract Loewe Model 1895 Mauser Rifle

Manufactured in 1895 in Germany under contract for the Chilean military. Chilean crest on top of the chamber, small triangle marking on the rear sight base indicating it has been arsenal updated for use with spitzer bullets, and "1895" dated cartouche on the left of the stock. All matching visible serial numbers. Import marking on bottom of barrel.

ConditionVery fine as arsenal refurbished, with most of the finish, and a few small patches of light surface oxidation. Stock is very good with some scattered light dents and scratches, and defined edges. Mechanically excellent.
